Let's say in scrapebox I enter a custom footprint that says

"ipad" site:facebook.com [email protected]

When I click "Start harvesting" is it best practice to have proxies loaded or does it not matter?

All I am doing is grabbing emails

To do anything in SB using Proxies is better
Between for harvesting also use proxies

Thanks for the advice, would it be possible to expand on why?

I understand if you're posting comments using scrapebox using proxies since your leaving an actual footprint, but even if I am just grabbing emails I should use a proxy?

Not meaning to question your advice, I am just curious as to why this is exactly.

Thanks

Thats because if you use heavy haarvesting Big G will ban your real IP
So to hide your real IP use proxies
If your are using low amount of harvesting then you can go without proxy
But if you wana heavy harvesting of forums etc then go with
Minimum 5 - 10 proxies

Thought I may ask this question here:
When scraping emails for a list of given URLs, SB returns a window with all the email it could find. I can't seem to find a way to export those emails together with the corresponding URLs. Does anyone know how to export URLs with the email addresses next to them?

Thanks.

you should basically use proxies all the time no matter what you do if it's black hat. you are going to look suspicious with the same ip doing tons of different things on one site and you may not realize you are doing it with software like scrapebox and others since everything is automated.
