The Law on .co.uk domains

So, if I am correct in my knowledge, domains of .co.uk are outside the jurisdiction of the US. So therefore, considering the following factors, would this mean the US has no control over the content which would be hosted on the servers:

- The server and all storage is hosted outside the US
- I am not a US citizen (I am from the UK and live in the UK)
- I register with a non-US based company

Also, anybody who knows a bit of British law, for those reasons, my site could not be taken down for copyright, as they have to issue a notice first as a request for us to take such content down if it was hosted on our servers.

As you may be able to guess, I am finding a way to set up some file sharing site and avoid the US government and stick to our British law.

However, since I am not the one uploading the content or linking to it, merely hosting it where to monitor such a cluster of data is not possible, but accept to respond to copyright infringement requests, surely I would not be under the same set of regulations as to actually telling people where to get copyrighted material.

As for Barack and David having an affair, if I were you, I'd send them the morning after pill.

from what I know most stable '' bulletproof '' servers are hosted on china , even with that , they aren't so stable when they are dealing with '' illegal '' content , thing is guys you must understand how networks works ( the internet ) ... even if you are located into some friendly jurisdictions ( thanks god there are still some decent alternatives ... ) you have to connect to internet ... [ well that part it's pretty obvious ] .

Little thing to understand about '' friendly spam honsting '' , or how we call them BH hostings , practically this guys need to compile with official regulation , some of this hostings simply ignore the DCMA notices ( and they aren't cut your sites so easy ) just because the DCMA notice will not affect them directly until they don't get the warnings from the routing organizations . To be honest it's way too childish and way too small thing those DCMA notices from duplicate / pirated content to come into serious play ! BUT don't think those hosts can stand and can host you for example child porn, or bank scam pages LOL . Why ? because peoples who are dealing with serious crimes will simply cut their worldwide connectivity if they aren't comply with the rules .
