This is a very interesting question.

As stated, even if many cannot believe cause of the low price, we provide only REAL FOLLOWERS, not followers that look like real; this mean that if you use your account only for spam, you must expect for sure a followers decrease, even before than a week. On the other side, if your tweets are appreciated people may retweet and you will not have a decrease but an increase.

So, for reply to your question, here you deal with real human followers, so is suggested to use the same way of act that you use for keep your previous followers, and following em back may be an option to consider.
Or you can simply do not take care of all, just spam, grab the money, and buy new ones when they decrease, all up to you
