Hi all, I have so confuse with my manboobs site.. this site have traffic around 150-200 uv / perday (not much, but not bad).

I tried to sell clickbank products but have sale no one. tried using chitika n bidvertiser one month just produce <$1.

do you have any suggestion for my site? Pls help me, I have spent a lot of money and time to build content, link building, etc..

Also, I interest to monetize with adsense or cpa.. but my adsense application always rejected by google

The traffic mainly is from search engine (google). Can you recommend some CPA network to get started?

I'm interest with CPA (but never do it before), cause no need to sell products and I have good traffic. The problem is, really hard to get approve by Affiliate Manager
