Help! Sandboxed?

Don't run NHS too much i only run this software for 6 hrs and get 2000+ External backlinks but non of them are indexed, so i stopped using NHS. I see many of the feedback about NHS that if you run too much you definitely gets sandboxed.. So be beware, i am not against NHS...

You need to have a look at how natural your links appear. You mentioned you have submitted quite a few articles. How well spun were they? What's the uniqueness and what type of spinning did you use? Did all the spins have the same number of paragraphs, words etc. and did all the links point to the same URL with the same anchor text?
I did a similar thing a while back and basically you need to just keep building links (more natural links this time) and it will come out of it. This time diversify your links, don't just submit to article sites, alter the URLs and link deeper into the site as well as just the homepage (all links pointing to the homepage looks unnatural) and save spammy link building for your web 2s rather than your money site.
The worst thing you can do is stop link building as this appears very unnatural - keep the link velocity up. You may also want to update the content on your website so it appears like there is a natural reason for an increase in links.

There's nothing wrong with using tools, you just need to use them in the right way and make sure what you do appears natural.
I've not used NHS so i don't know much about it but it looks like an automated blog commenter. Being automated though, it makes it very difficult to control the quality of back links and the volume (it pings the pages for you to get the pages indexed straight away).
I personally would build good quality links to article and web 2.0 sites etc. and only use NHS to spam the crap out of your list of link URLs making a link pyramid. This will give your links more authority, thus helping your rankings whilst protecting yourself from getting penalised.
Most people say that you can't get penalised for building spammy links (otherwise people would do it to their competitors) and those ones that do, get penalized for other reasons.
There is a thread on here somewhere from a few months back where someone bought a new domain and spammed the crap out of it using Scrapebox and was absolutely fine. He said that get sandboxed once in a while is a good thing as it makes you go through the site making it better and improves the quality of your link building and when it comes through the other side, all your previous links count too making your rankings go through the roof. He concluded that the key part if uniqueness content and to maintain link velocity so that it all appears natural which i tend to agree with.
I half think Google sandbox sites that they suspect are building unnatural links as most people then stop altogether. The ones that are building natural links carry on link building... hence why the sandbox gets lifted.

Yeah I actually just looked at that thread which I found by googling my problem. Though by continuing link velocity, I should do it naturally and perhaps even more instead of using scrapebox/NHSEO from what I understand.
Also, I'm not in any way saying No Hands SEO is bad, just that I'm probably not using it "right" like rugbyjack says.
Another question, does it really matter if I dont use anchor text for my natural backlink building? Like I said, there is often not an option for that. If you include a keyworded anchor by inputing it in the name field of the comment forms it just looks spammy, and most webmasters would just remove that post. Right?

Depending what your niche is, you may struggle if none of your link building contains anchor text.
You seem to be focusing purely on building links through blog comments. Personally if i was trying to get out of being sandboxed, i wouldn't do any blog comments direct to my money site as it is a very spammy even if they are done manually. Have you looked at submitting articles? Try article marketing robot for submissions to article sites and SENuke for article submissions to Web 2.0s

@booster - Not to be starting anything but you have not seen anything that says running NHSEO definitely gets you deindexed.
Every case that I have seen about anyone claiming deindex, penalisation or sandbox has been a fault in the way the user has been tracking his site, a very new site that hasn't even been fully indexed yet or has simply failed to provide anyway of verifying what they claim.
Just wanted to clear that up.
@Greggity - If you are concerned about too many links being created by NHSEO simply run it for less time or at less threads. It is likely that with this being a new site you are experiencing the very common google dance.
With NHSEO if you enter in your website as a website it will create backlinks to all of your internal pages which will look far more natural. If you are still worried about the linking looking natural then ensure that you have different anchor texts for your different pages and that the comments being used for the profile are niche relevant and appear to be a comment from a genuine user. (This can be done through the profile handler so each page in a profile gets links with relevant anchor texts)
If you have linking pages already then you would be well advised to add these pages in as a separate profile and use the tool to backlink those links also. This will improve the benefit that these links pass on to your sites and also will take some posting time away from your money site.

And again, I'm not in any way criticizing NHSEO. I pretty much, with very little web development / SEO knowledge, jumped straight into using a program I didnt fully understand.
According to many, this program is as good as the user makes it.

Oh I know you are not talking bad about my tool, you were asking and you appear to have got some answers so I have no issue with that. The first few lines were meant as a response to booster so I apologise if it appeared to be aimed at you or others in this thread, it wasn't meant that way.
The bottom half was meant as advice on how you can spread the amount of links created by No Hands SEO to your other properties as well as your money site.
Sorry for any offence I will edit my original post so it is clearer what I was trying to say.
I understood that the first part was directed at the other person, I just thought that because you replied more would join this thread and some confused as to what the OP(me) was saying about NHSEO. Felt like a good moment to clear things up!
