Ok so i need to start a blog of graphics (also for my youtube) Do you think that is possible to be in the first page of google with keywords like GFX Graphic Web Design....?

Without a huge budget I think you will have a hard time.

I assume all those keywords are seperate. Without a huge learning curve, and a lot of money you will struggle.

Without a huge budget I think you will have a hard time.

^- this, you will need an aged domain, a good keyword domain and months of seo and backlinking for authority, anything is possible but graphics web design is a keyword that has enough traffic to be incredibly difficult unless ofcourse your optimizing locally in like canada then maybe very difficult rather then extremely difficult.
