Got My 1st Client tonight!!!

Can you PM me what methods did you use...?:kidding:

Glad to see your progress. I know you've been reading and working hard. Enjoy the first one, but get back at it asap. Your funnel needs to be as wide as possible to make the big sales.

Got my 2nd today, a verbal commitment from a CPA who wanted some modifications of the agreement which we both agreed to. Says he will send out the check ASAP so I can get started, just replied that I could pick it up, lets see what he says!

On a related note got a referral which is a pretty large company that does business both here and abroad. The keywords appear to be pretty easy but the value is likely to be high for the client. Wondering if I should shoot high with a proposal ($2500+ p month) or should I go with my standard ($1250) for this client?? Aged site 11 years old, PR 3.

**Edit got my reply, says come by and get the check tomorrow!! :)

Like I always say, "go for broke".

BTW do you only accept checks right now or actually, how do you deal with billing? Most potential clients I speak to only want to use credit card for these types of things, especially when their card is tied to the company's funds. And as a lone wolf right now, it's an obstacle I'm having trouble getting over.

Wow. That's awesome.

To answer your question on whether or not to charge $2500, negotiate. It's like you are trying to sell something at a pawn shop. Start at you're highest price (and he'll start at his lowest price) and try and meet in the middle. :)

[#toomuchpawnstars] :P

Good question can anyone chime in on this if you are just starting out and do not have a merchant account.

its easy to get a paypal accout to receive credit card payments

or you can take the check for the next mo

i have a client in 2011, with the contract: $200/mo for 6mo it ended in december.
at december 20 i told: lets go for $1000/mo next year, if you dont like it at feb i will not charge the entire year.
he are a very hard guy to make a deal and we're done with $500 in jan and $500 in feb, at mar i hope to get the $1000/mo

the catch: when we talkd at 20 dec I told: ill start the work today and in jan you will get the money by the clients i sent. that way i got the deal easier bcz he got secure.

good luck

Congratulation. Try to get a PayPal Debit Card from PayPal if you have An US PayPal account so you can withdraw money directly from your account.
Do you mind share from where do you have your Backlinks and from who here in BWH ?
Thanks

Thanks for the motivation!!!!!

Got a question for ya!

So, after you rank a site on page1 for a term like "San Diego Dentist."

What kind of content do you put in your site while you're ranking for that keyword?

Also, once you got a client to either rent or buy that site, how do you convert or edit the content to promote the client's business?
