Congrats man, you got on first page. How are you monetizing your site? CPA, clickbank or adsense.
My site is on 2nd position for the targeted keyword and site is earning 10$ per day and that's 300$ per month and site is getting 800-1000 visits per day of which 95% are from search engines. Some good blogroll links will get the site on first position and then I will flipp the site. Adsense is nonsense for Pakistan because it get always banned when income in adsense account cross 300$. My friends accounts have been banned on 750$ and at 1k.
So no other way except flipping and earning good money.

Yup nice work! Too many people don't do good ole' fashioned hard-work. They're always looking to blast this, spam that, but good work.
Thegavish, good job on the visit per day, but how come earnings seem low? Is it a lower CPC ? or low CTR?

Well done dude... I still reckon you should NOT flip this site.. rather diversify your keywords within the same niche and get ranked for other associated keywords within the iphone niche.. Once get ranked for multiple high traffic keywords then earnings will obviously increase drastically and then you can decide to flip it for much much more or just keep the site and employ a VA for $400pm to maintain the site for you to keep it's rankings.. once u get more and more sites ranked u can get the same VA to maintain the sites for you. Essentially 1 GOOD VA should be able to handle the maintenance of around 8-10 sites...

It's not important at all.
Go on flippa and search for Unlock iPhone.
You will see all sites, what they sell, what traffic they have, what profit they have...
That is how I built this business and many others.
Find good site making over $2k/month on flippa.
Copy it, IMPROVE IT (very important), find new ways of traffic, SEO, etc..
Improve product over time, promote again....etc...
Then go and flipp it

To be honest I don't know.
I have so many sites and I'm laze to write all that info...
It's just important for me that it's making profit.
I have small SEO team that works for me and many many servers with almost all commercial SEO tool and several private scripts...so cost for me to bump it much lower then if you go and order services one by one.

Yes you are right, the traffic is good but the earning is low. I create 2 type of websites usually. The high CPC and low CPC with huge traffic. The target is generate $$$. So its done in both ways.
