Need advise for my rep website.

I am figuring out how I should run my rep website. The way i am thinking of doing it is host it in china and open a bank/merchant system in china as well. What do I need to do otherwise to make everything run smoothly?

If you live in China it sounds like you have it wired. If you live someplace else huh?
