I don't have any website. I am looking for a paid per free sign up that doesnt need a website to sign up for their affiliate program. The sign up shouldn't require credit cards. I have searched in the forums and couldn't find any. I am also new to BHW and i appologise if this has been discussed before in this forums .

good luck with that. I would assume most advertisers wouldn't want to waste money on paying an affiliate for email joins that would be difficult to verify? But good luck though...
