Sure it can if you keep the scope broad enough. I mean you can not take it down to "heart surgery on Tuesday at 6 am" and expect to find enough keywords. Some times within a niche you need to take a step backwards and broaden the view to get enough keywords for my needs.

I would not start a site with any less than the ability of having around 300 keywords(this is what I attempt to do for all of you) in hand to start with. I am more comfortable with 600 but if you all take what Greg has told you about KW research you can build your list as large as you need to.
