There's a lot of discussion about PR and how it affects rankability, especially for new domains... First look, it seems hard to rank because the average PR is 5 for the top 10... But you can give it a try, fully optimize your on page factors, come up with great, lengthy, quality content, and backlink in the right places... This will be an interesting case study... by lengthy content, I mean 800-1000 words with at least 2-3% keyword density....

EDIT: Looks like some authority sites are optimizing for these keywords as well, because most of the top 10 are listed in DMZ and Yahoo, with a couple edu and gov backlinks.... hmmmm
