It's just dancing. But been nowhere in top 300 (for these 2 KW's) for quite some days now.

A penalty lasts a month I believe. So if your site's back up before that, it isn't penalized, otherwise I'd stay away from these SEO services
How tough was the competition for those three keywords?

Don't have MS, but here's the TrafficTravis's analyses of both the KW's.
KW 1:
(Even though TT says it's "Relatively Easy", it's not! Believe me.
KW 2:
And seems like TT's PR checker is broken. Almost all pages in top 20 of both these KW's have pretty good PR.

You forgot to blur the keyword and links in your second screenshot!

Yeah fixed that mate.
And TT4 is not for me. Really. I'll do another analyses later on with TT or some other tool and post results here!

You'll find it hard to get in the top 4 positions for that keyword though.
As for TT4, I don't like the interface either, but it has some pretty cool features.
