how to start CPA??

hey i am totally noob in cpa But interested in it and i am also a very hard working guy! can someone Tell me a little bit about cpa and how to start ??

First step:
Search around the forum and get hold of few cpa accounts.

There is way more than tips on here. As said before, read some threads in the making money / CPA section, there a lots of complete step by step methods (more than you even nead to know, really).
Some of them require a website, other don't. Just find one that that pleases you and you feel you're capable of implementing, and then just start to actually implement it.

There's really nothing more to it, just put your skates on !
