Selling forums after flipping.

well you haven't said much. have you just slapped together a forum in a couple of hours and want to sell it? or do you have an established one with lots of ACTIVE members and the site's making money???

Frankly speaking I do not have any forum to filp yet. But I am interested in such experiences to just know how much the forums do sell out for and this may help BHW community also.
