What happened to Facebook PR?

I noticed that the Page Rank of the Facebook is downed to PR9 and the page rank of AddThis is now PR10....Is the Google Panda updates reflects the page rank of facebook?

I thought maybe Google changed the ranking from 1-10 to 1-9 ...Strange thing....But why Google do that thing? If they not satisfied about their ranking and investment.

No, they don't change the rank to 1-9.. It's just google want to make rank 10 is more harder than before..

It's sounds unfair...I think it is because of their Google+. I am Pro-Google user and loved their approaches...but in this case, it makes me hate Google and want to get back to Yahoo. I'm not forcing myself to do this but they did!
