When can I upload my own avatar?

How many posts/rep/donation do you need before you can upload your own avatar?

Does this apply to your signature too?

You need at least 50 quality posts and to have been registered for at least 30 days. This means you should be allowed to by now

That just lets users choose from the default avatars that the forum provides for new members; until they reach the requirements

Portions of the FAQ = outdated. You need 60 days. Not 30.
