I am planning to run a free movie streaming site,then which is the best domain register who will ignore DMCA and which server to host my site?

I live in India, many say to get a Offshore host from Netherlands ..

Please show their web address.

Just iframe link to show streamings. Movies will be stored at servers like videozer or other hosts.I just post [iframe]......[/iframe] the hosts provides to show streaming on my site.
Then which domain register should i register and web hostings provider should i choose?

Also looking for this. Tried Edenhost but they stopped answering support requests. Can't beat their price though. PRQ is ultra liberal but too expensive for a site that is growing. Still looking...

Surfing around, still looking. Stumbled over hostzealot.com which may or may not be good. They are part russian anyway, which is usually a good sign in this niche.

EDIT: Forget about them. They show "live support ONLINE" on front page, then when you click that link it says "resource under construction". Friggin' morons can't do simple things right , then how can one expect them to be able to do hosting.

Tried out some more. Upreseller sold Romanian hosting with unique IP, but instead they handed out US hosting with a shared IP.

Balticservers have cheap hosting for only one domain. They give you 24 hrs to react to DMCA, so not really that liberal.

Alibabahost are cheap but use 2checkout for their Paypal payments. I dislike 2checkout more than i dislike PP.

Koddos is looking ver good. They are not cheap. But in this niche, cheap seems to be a bad sign.
