want to start working at paypal!

Your story is irrelevant to me, I'm just saying that there is no way a court would treat you differently because you have an injury, it makes no sense at all since both of them are not related at all. What the judge is like "Sorry Mr Company but because the defendant had an injury, this case is no longer valid, the fraud he committed against you never happened!"

Have you ever been in the real world before? There are cases of Terminally Ill people not being sent to jail, or being released early from prison to spend their last few days/weeks free. A judge is a human being, and that judge may fully believe in Karma. If they do, and they considered his accident karma, and could see in his eyes that he had learned his lesson, they might not sentence him to jail time.

One of the main points of jail time is to give the person time to think over their actions, and realize why it was wrong to do what they did, and then release them back into society to be productive members. It costs the government money to sentence him to jail. If the judge doesn't believe that the person needs time to think over their actions, and they don't believe the person will act again, then they might try to lower the charges to where the minimum sentence is probation or something.

Lol... work for a company and fuck the very same company. ! Common man, have some ethics. ! At least be faithful to your company or your clients in business.

How would you know that? Do you think none of the call center employees has access to open/close accounts? You don't know much about the OP or what type of call center or what position he will be working in. I have worked in lots of call centers and I answered all the basic FAQs, but I also had a lot of power and control over customer accounts. I just don't see how you came to that conclusion, so maybe you can post more inside information we don't have.

Read below, he confirmed it, so stop pretending you know everything all the time.

lol. at what point did i say i would be transferring money? its not like that at all. it would be on the billing side of things not general customer services. sure i would not have access to all the things but i would to most.

Wasn't directed at you bro, was directed at allt he people giving you retarded ideas.

Did you ever work at PayPal?

No, but he pretends he knows everything. I said it before, if you're working 14hrs a day and aren't making over $1000/month, you really need to have a disclaimer in your posts when frequently offering information to those new to SEO.

Comparing someone who got hit by a car, but was healthy enough to make it to court the next day, and someone who is going to die in two days from a terminal diseas = brilliant.

Do you have difficulties reading? You said he will only be answering dumb questions, and he specifically said that he will be working in Billing, NOT general customer service, and he implied he WILL have the ability, as far as he is aware, to unlimit accounts. I NEVER said he will be transferring money to other peoples accounts. I said that SOME of the call center employees have the ability to open/close/unlimit accounts.

Maybe you should read my entire post and the entire thread over again before you make yourself look silly.

@Kickflip : Ty for the backup, which is exactly my point (+ rep)

Zelthcon : (- rep next post where you discredit me)

Look how you are twisting my words to make your point ...

There is no judge that would change the outcome of a case so drastically just because you were in a car accident, it just doesn't happen.

I had almost nothing but enough to get some empathy from judges the day after...

In other words as you seem a bit confused to make your point at any cost, i'm just saying that their empathy made them feel sorry for me, they asked if i were ok to be judged this peculiar day or if i wanted to postpone it, i said i was in need to face the consequences of my actions....

I was a student for a digree and i was working aside my studies, i was well dressed and i express my self properly, i clamed guilty and i trully meant my apologizes and i said i was ready to pay the price of my unacceptable behabiour.

Plus, their lawer wasn't there for some others external reasons so it was a kind of one way speech....

On another hand, i was the first of the afternoon who didn't disrespect them, and to be fully honest i was scared as fuck, once i heard the others sentences :
- 6 years of jail for death threat
- 3 month of jail for 4 kids who stole a car' cd player (yeah really 3 months)
- $10k for a scam of a switzerland company to another one
- and me with a value which was a lot higher from the others one, i really freaked out

Anyway what i initially meant is that with the car accident, the way things happened, i was lucky as hell that it happened as stated above.

But hey don't worry, later life made me pay the full price of my youth mistakes....

Is that enough for you to stop calling me a liar ?

Think about that disclaimer.

you wouldn't have power to open closed accounts, you'll be taking the calls from the pissed off pay pal users :)
