@Kickflip : Ty for the backup, which is exactly my point (+ rep)
Zelthcon : (- rep next post where you discredit me)
Look how you are twisting my words to make your point ...
There is no judge that would change the outcome of a case so drastically just because you were in a car accident, it just doesn't happen.
I had almost nothing but enough to get some empathy from judges the day after...
In other words as you seem a bit confused to make your point at any cost, i'm just saying that their empathy made them feel sorry for me, they asked if i were ok to be judged this peculiar day or if i wanted to postpone it, i said i was in need to face the consequences of my actions....
I was a student for a digree and i was working aside my studies, i was well dressed and i express my self properly, i clamed guilty and i trully meant my apologizes and i said i was ready to pay the price of my unacceptable behabiour.
Plus, their lawer wasn't there for some others external reasons so it was a kind of one way speech....
On another hand, i was the first of the afternoon who didn't disrespect them, and to be fully honest i was scared as fuck, once i heard the others sentences :
- 6 years of jail for death threat
- 3 month of jail for 4 kids who stole a car' cd player (yeah really 3 months)
- $10k for a scam of a switzerland company to another one
- and me with a value which was a lot higher from the others one, i really freaked out
Anyway what i initially meant is that with the car accident, the way things happened, i was lucky as hell that it happened as stated above.
But hey don't worry, later life made me pay the full price of my youth mistakes....
Is that enough for you to stop calling me a liar ?
