Hello,
I just purchased a lifetime license today, for $197.00. I came upon your WF Post today and you are selling the same lifetime license for $97.00. It doesn't seem particularly fair in my mind. So I was simply wondering if I can be reimbursed for the difference?
I included my transaction ID below. By the way your software is fantastic, you guys did a wonderful job, quite comprehensive.

Guys, let me just throw my 2 cents in here..if you don't know how the WF works, here it is in a nutshell: Running an WSO is not like running a thread in BST. You need to discount or offer something up to the WF faithful that is actually a deal.
$100 off sounds like a deal to me. Now, that being said, it doesn't excuse the OP from taking down his support forum lol. Maybe he has some other support in mind besides using BHW? I dunno. But yea, don't get all butt hurt because you didnt' know about the WF deal being done. People always assume that they'll get a "bhw" deal when all it takes is a few seconds to scan warriorforum, wickedfire, and other places to see if the same tool is being sold.
Due diligence folks..look it up.

What's wrong with email support? A lot less customers are misplaced. The forum was initially created for members to help each other and to build a community but people started to expect me to answer every post (which I almost did) but missed a few threads, so I just closed it and now using only email to avoid complaints about the forum.

Email is alright, it just doesn't scale very well when you need to start supporting 100+ customers, some who may be very active in the support area with questions, etc. The benefit of a forum oftentimes is that the users themselves can answer menial questions about usage to help you out from doing the sundry day to day support stuff, which leaves you (or your team) with the ability to support the high end problems.
Or you can go with an escalated ticket system. Whatever works best for you. I like the tool alot.

I've been searching a review from the internet. i found that there are many good reviews for this one.
but i want to ask you about profit potential and competition score tab.
how it can determine best profit and best score one.?
if profit potential is 1 and the other is 100, which ones is more profitable?
and if competition score 1 and the other is 100, which ones is more profitable?

I just tried using keyword scout today and it asked if I'd like to update to a newer version, so I did. But when tried to start it up again, a window pops up and says "ERROR: Invalid License" so I go back to the original e-mail I got with my registration information. It then says, "The transaction ID does not match this computer". It is the same computer by the way.
If I could get a reset, it would be most helpful. I also tried going to your official site no support e-mail, so that's why I'm posting here.
