I have access to a few products, which are so well replicated that even an expert will have hard times to realise that the product is a fake one. Of course that such risk does exist, but it's very low, in my opinion. That's why I want to ask you, how can I sell it without getting into trouble, I mean how to increase the chances to not get caught on it, and if so, just in case, then what should I expect? I mean, will my ebay account will be blocked, paypal account, any police complains, and so on? Anyone have experience with this?

Well if it really is so good a copy
even an expert will have hard times to realise that the product is a fake
then simply sell as original....????

Yes the police can certainly get involved.
You must decide to either go with this or not.
If you cant do the time don,t do the crime.

A lot of times you can sell fake stuff on ebay without having to lie to people. Just say in the ad it's a replica. Ebay won't always allow this in certain sections, but give it a try, you might be suprised how much people are still willing to pay.

see this iw hat gets me...For example (and I've never done it) say I sell a fake replica Rolx for $150......don't tell me the buyer didn't know it was a fake for that price? OK so they buy and the scream Replica when they receive it. WELL DUH! What exactly did you think you was buying?

I really don't think that they will allow me to sell a Rolex for 150 dollars, just to keep the example from above, mentioning in the ad that it's a fake. I think they will block my account in seconds. Better to sell it as a genuine, I think, LOL. But it is still a risk to be get called in court. Any idea how to minimize or remove any risk?

sell that shyt in garage sale. people willingly buy fake shyt all the time. the only thing that matters is that it look authentic to their peers!

As a Seller, if you sell fake stuff EBay will mess you over since they will always favor Buyers.

You are not only not allowed to sell replicas on eBay, it is against the law period. Now you could put replica on your eBay ad and hope eBay doesn't notice, and people may be willing to buy it for less money than the real thing. Maybe they will buy it, and they will be happy, and you will be happy, and eBay will never catch it. But it all depends on how much risk you are able to take. You could be sued or arrested if you are caught. It is illegal to sell a replica anywhere, although I have still seen it online on Chinese sites. They usually don't put the brand in the ad, but you can see the brand on the picture. I would say if you are still hell-bent on selling it, it may be safer to sell to people you know in your neighborhood, or by word of mouth. Or people you don't know in your neighbor hood. Unless someone has a vendeta against you, you may not get caught. I bought a replica, and sold it on eBay saying it was a replica, but then I chickened out and gave the customer a refund.

its depend on country and their rule, as well if you are selling replica on replica price no one will care about it but if you are selling replica on real price you will be in big mess as well this all big brand will come after you as u will broke copyright act too, better don't go in such things , there are many good way to make good money, go to BHW make money online, read it and start making money. this can involve so many rules and law, product copyright, fraud, using IT for crime so IT acts (which are much stronger than normal fraud) ! have good live and make good money ! good luck
