Best cheap ENGLISH countries to outsource to?

Hey there. I am trying to get away from outsoucing to India and all those places in there (Bangalore). I heard it said before, use 'english speaking 3rd world countries' as they are cheap etc et.

so what are other good '3rd world countries' or just otherwise cheap places to outsource work to that can speak clear precise english? I don't know much about the world I guess! :blue_east

asia in general is becoming very fluent in english, just post on outsourcing sites and pick a legit cheap person to do a job for u

I've had good results from Pakistan, cheaper than India, English is excellent as it is the language of further education as it is in India. Plenty on e*lance

I have a great Filipino worker right now. He is easier to communicate with then most indians I have dealt with, writes more fluently legible english than any Indian writer I've seen, and works like a mofo. My vote goes to the Phillipines for best outsourcing nation.

Haha, I am not surprised.. yeah my countrymen are good workers, they really are. I won't even go into detail on what I do and how much manpower I hire, but let's just say I hire solid help for a cheap price (for IM work), and at the same time I am helping my people and country get more jobs.. while I am having fun... running around.

Do not wonder, I am an Indian and I am outsourcing some of my work to the peoples in USA for cheap rates...... Wait for a few years and you can see China and India will outsource most of its works to Americans!!!

south american countries consist of russia, india, france and germany

In response to OP I use south pacific to outsource, polynesian countries like trukk, melanesia, micronesia, palau, samoa, tonga, fiji, tuvalu, kiribati, marshall island is a big plus, I have found that they all learn english in the public school system and they speak it very well.

being that I am also polynesian "hawaiian" I get great prices on grunt work.
but being polynesian is not necessary you can still get great prices on your dealings.

anyway hope this helps since I let my cat out the bag.
