If I have an warez website wich contains e-books or PC games . It is a posibility to use CPA offers for this kind website?

Maybe... I mean, it's pirated content - and you're making money off of it, only making it more illegal on your end
I wonder what if the game developers find out that you made like $100,000? Probably - for every person that completed an offer, you have to pay the full price of the video game or whatever. I thought about this for a while. That will be a lot of money..

Anyhow, how about you fake the traffic? OR join the many networks that owners are on here and ask if you can content lock? I know with like Adscend Media, you cannot content lock pirated content because if they find out, all earnings are gone.

You can always use a mediafire link, THEN lock the .RAR archive - for them to download it, they have to go to like Adscend Media and use their hosted gateway and then reveal the password and BAM!

Content Lock Pro will hide the referrer.
So, the CPA network will never know where the traffic comes.
