Can anyone tell me a Good, reliable and cheap proxies provider?
As you see, i don't have enough budget to purchase to expensive proxy provider.

so here I am asking you guys if you have known any good provider.

You can have the site in english; just need to press the english flag.
ah, vip72.com goes straight to the english one.

They have socks5, proxies and vpn service.

you can try out a demo account for 2 days, with 2 proxies for 1usd.

However, they only accept wmz, e-gold, liberty reserve and perfect money as payment.

For 47$ in vip72 you get unlimited proxies for 45 days.

Tried cloakfish.com ?
licenses from 1-99$
But I'd not use the 1$ license for more than evaluation, some proxies are faster some are slower so it's better to have a larger list of ips ready.
The good thing is that you can change IPs daily.

So a 15 proxy/day license gives at least 450 different ips per month and costs 19$

Setup your own proxies, buy a vps server and setup squid. Should cost
you around $1.5 per unqiue IP but then you're sure that the IP is 100%
unqiue.

Get a cheap vps (centos) with ex. 10 ips and install squid, you can find a few guides in google.

one ip is doing it, useless to put 9 more proxies that obviously are on the same server

I've bought my own C-classes. Think I've spent a little over 1500 usd on 512 different IPs...And something like 5 C classes per IP, so they're quite 'different' all of them. Then again I use the proxies for other biz and not just BH stuff.
I got my ones with a dedicated server, got squid setup and we did some modifications to the proxies
