Thanks! I am getting my traffic from SEO, my traffic is a mix of Youtube, Ebooks that I give away freely with links to the site I have promoting the niche and on site SEO from adding fresh content daily that is targeting the keywords I am ranking for, the content is all unique and hand typed I do 800 to 1,000 words per post, Google loves quality content in this word count range.
I use AMR to post hundreds of articles related to the niche that offer a download link to a free ebook (the ebook has 3 links top, center, bottom that link to the offer. I've found the ebook method to work great on p2p networks as well. This is the best method I found to pull in traffic that converts.

These are the kind of posts that should be a sticky and everyone forced to read when things aren't working out. I especially love the fact that you were wise enough to save up a little before going into IM. Many have failed because they gave up when they had to go and pay a bill or two.

My organic search engine traffic is around 40%, the rest is 20% from article clicks, and 40% from ebook internal link clicks. I use linktracking to keep tabs on what works.

First thing I noticed is the color of the text in your header is horrible for
discriminationagainstwomen site. You need to make sure your header is readable.
And the Click Here links you have on both websites need to be made blue... Red means negative, bad, warning, and danger if it is not used properly. Red can be a powerful color use properly. But in this example you need to go with blue, make the Click Here links blend in with the other hyperlinks of the site. This will no doubt get you more clicks.
As for the trainingcompanies site my biggest piece of advice is to use pop under ads on this site.
Also all your ads are off to the right side of the page... This is not prime ad space in general and this will also cause ad blindness...
You need to put a nice tower ad on the top left, and put ads in with the content of the page. Make your ads blend into and match the theme, this helps trick people into thinking it is part of the content and brings up the CTR %.
Also you should consider outsourcing the writing to an expert for the content of these sites. No pun intended but the content seemed lacking, as in keeping me wanting to keep reading. I don't know what keywords your targeting so I have no feedback in regards to how well that is optimized.
