Hey guys,

I had an account with CJ but it seems it got deactivated because it was idle.

Now I try to login and it says no user exists, I try the retrieved password and I get the same thing.

I try to open a new account and it says my email address is already associated with another account.

How can I contact CJ by email?

On their contact us there is no email, only phone and I dont want to call them because I'm not from the US and I'm no about to pay to contact them.

Your best bet is to just open another account using a different email. I did this and have had no problems. After I read CJ's T terms of service agreement it states that your account will be closed then completely deleted from the system. Any money you did have in the account is given back to the advertisers and then that's it, no more account. This process does take a significant amount of time so your account it probably in line to be removed, hence why you can use your email address. But for time sake just use a new email.
