hello ive been selling a knockoff branded item on ebay. Ebay shut me down saying i cant sell that anymore due to it being a knockoff. I understood and stopped for a while but now i have a bunch of the products just sitting around my house. My question is can i sell that knockoff item but not say the brand name of it. For example say im selling nike shirts that are knock offs(im not just a example) but all i say in the auction is that they are black shirts or something would that be fine or would i still get in trouble. I hope my question wasn't too confusing. Plz if you can respond quickly im dying to get rid off this stuff that i have.

Any brand logo on the actual product could possibly attract eGays' attention and get the auctions removed again, although the possibility of this happening will be slightly lower, since you're not mentioning the brand in the auction title, so it may just slip by.

if its not in the title you should be fine, you can go into details in the listings, you will not get as high a price but they will sell

If you spell the brand name slightly wrong, would that be ok?

If you relist any product that is similar they will review it and you will get a seller suspension. You can sell them as plain shirts but you wont be able to show NIKE in the picture or the title. Ebay is the gayest ever for sellers. Most people learn to move away from ebay. It always ends badly with them.
