CPA Lead doesn't have direct link offers and payments are Net 30 minimum $50, Net 15 minimum $1500, Net 7, Not sure, Ive made $1k with their content lockers though.
First network i ever joined, But no direct link offers and net 30 payments weren't motivating me.

AdscendMedia, Last time i logged in, They still had like 30 expired offers, Made $7 and left.
