Looking for the perfect prepaid card

Banned from eBay and want to sell again. I don't want any link to me whatsoever. I want a prepaid card that comes with a bank account for use with paypal verification. I want to be able to use that card at atms without having a new card mailed to me. Card shouldn't expire for a year. Any suggestions?

Are you planning to use it in ATMs, why?

Its not that difficult to get a vcc to activate the ebay account, why would you want to use the card for all the rest?

I'm no Ebay expert, but why dont you just add another email address on your paypal, use that one to sign up to ebay and use a proxy. If also needed add another person to your paypal account so it looks like a different person. The second part would probably depend on the type off account u got though.

Yes I agree, you seem to want a lot of this card, considering you only want it for your ebay account.

if your ebay account is banned then you cannot use the old paypal with a new ebay account, its flagged already

As said above a VCC will open an ebay and paypal account for you, wanting the bank and atm means you have to open a new bank account
