I bought YouTube Genius yesterday and so far it's pretty good. Using it for uploading / downloading like most people do with MVB (this is much cheaper).
I haven't done anything with the comment rater, but EmpireQuality has.

You must be kidding, right? I know I had a argument with the coder, but this is just ridiculous. The price for what you're getting is very low, and I believe $30 is pretty cheap for this piece of software.

What do you mean with 'if u know..'

if you know how to use it correctly. come up with your own methods. spam the right videos. promote a good targeted offer. you must know what you are doing because this game is much harder now. i myself am still getting back into it and still need to learn about the new blocks.

are you serious? or are you just saying that so your fellow black hatters don't "cut into your profits"? anyways, y0utube comment spam and comment rating is well worth it if you have the correct soft and figure out the blocks.
