Piratebay Links???

Quick question, if I have a post on my web site that links to a Piratebay download page, can I get in trouble for this?

I've been torrenting professionally 3.5 years now and had exactly 1 dmca takedown request.
I've hosted and seeded thousands of copyrighted materials so this is a pretty good track record. I removed the file, notified my server company, and that was that.

IMO you don't have too much to worry about if it is just a link on your site and not the actual file itself. Chances are you will never hear anything about it, but if you do most likely it will be a notice to your hosting company requesting removal of the link, and whether your hosting company would shut you down for that is really questionable, depends on the company but the chances are really very slim.

I can safely assume there are millions of links pointing to torrents and piratebay, i really doubt you would get in any serious trouble. Worst is the take down notice and you just correct it.
