Fraud is when you are downloading your own files to make money, by doing this you are almost certainly giving out fake information to the offers you are completing. The very purpose of the offers is to collect valid information so that the advertiser can generate leads from the users details.
If you are paying someone to download your files, this is essentially the same thing as just doing it yourself, I can almost guarantee that they are not using their real information.

So can i still provide incentives for people to download files, even if the incentives are not money? e.g. password for a specific program or maybe even runescape account. These are purely examples, just want to make sure i get things right.

I have gotten a few 404s here and there, but if I refresh the page it works straight away. Can you not access the site at all?

hm...cant use pm-s yet , but its very random international trafic , trafic is moustly on text files

I am currently working on getting some more offers for international countries, this however will mean stricter rules on porn and copyrighted files. I am not happy with conversion rates yet, so expect more changes to the download page and content locker.
Look dude, I'm tired of you posting crap in my thread. I've reported your post and negative repped you.
We currently get our offers from Adgate Media, however I am thinking strongly about using CLP2 and use many networks to get offers, this way we will get strong conversions and offer diversity.
