The one thing I really wanted after my sites were handed to me was a small PDF that explained the best route forward from that point (a kind of 'You Have a MNS+ Site, Now What?' thing). This could include an updated list of recommended software or outsourcing services, as well as tips on how to avoid being penalised for black hat activity.
I'm not talking about a fully-fledged eBook that would take a week to write, but simply an extended FAQ that would help both newbies and yourselves (since you wouldn't need to keep responding to the same questions via email over and over again).
For example, in my keywords list I have many keywords that are either outright typos, or are semi-unrelated to the website's central theme. Should I still consider writing articles based on them? (I'm not actually posing that question, I'm just providing an example of a question that is probably asked a lot by newbies, and yet could easily be answered once and for all in a simple FAQ).
I know that Greg already has a small PDF out there, but it seems a little outdated and I didn't find it that helpful to be honest.
I'll try and put something together for that this week... that is not a bad idea. I am traveling on Saturday to ASW and my flight is about 9 hours including some layover time but between ATL and LAS I think I'll be in the air for about 5 hours so that may give me some time.
