I am yet to see a CLEAR answer.
Fixing the OCR, OK. I wouldn't have a problem with good OCR capabilities, but that only if the rest and more important parts of the software work perfectly, something that in my opinion was barely ever true.

So please answer us straight. DOES the software work perfectly and deliver on what was promised from the beginning, when everyone bought lifetime memberships? Also, what's happening with venomseo (not pro)?

People use venomseo everyday works fine, still runs on the server with the minor issue of the licensor having it's issues like i said i know this to be true because customers pm anytime it's down.

All we know the mods delete the bad review of your tool. but do you think all the customer are idoits.

I am trying to decide if I need to write off my life license as a bad business expense and move on and buy something else, or to keep waiting. I know you are saying you won't give dates of an update, but are we still talking months/years before we can expect this software to work, or are we talking weeks/ days before this New Venom SEO Pro is released?

I don't know how long the mods of this forum will continue to support you but I know there are a lot of pissed off users waiting on this.

Well one, as far as taxes are concern you suppose to write it off as a business expense you buying something is totally up to you, as far as a released date is concern I'v already addressed the situation regarding that.

Fact of the matter is VENOMSEO works fine been working fine for the last month besides for the licensor issue VENOMSEO does everything that VenomseoPro does and customers still use it I know this to be Fact at the end of the day you just don't want to learn how to use it because it has a learning curve Venomseopro was built for the noobs who didn't want to learn how to use the learning mode so please stop acting like you have a tool in your hands that just doesn't work, if you the user don't want to learn how to use venomseo and all it has to offer that's on you.​

If you had bought venomseo in the middle of development and it halfway worked then I would quickly refund everyone BUT! that's not the case you bought a lifetime license of venomseo that was a finished Project and at the time we gave you venomseopro for FREE! we were developing venomseopro after venomseo had already been done MIND YOU! no one was complaining at the time because you waiting for venomseopro to be finished and the reason you waited was because a lot of people felt venomseo was to hard to use..NOT! that it was unusable but that it was too hard as said before if you don't want to whip out venomseo and learn it then that's simply your business & Prerogative to do just that. When there's a problem on the server I get a a large amount of PM's in the skype room notifying me that the server is down etc, and it's from the same people which lets me know those are the people who chose to use venomseo learn the learning mode master it and get business going for themselves.

I still didn't get a clear answer about pro, and IMO venomseo is just too painful to work with - and i don't think I can be called a "noob"; it's just what I said, it's TOO BUGGY. And I won't even start talking about the current state of pro.
I paid a big chunk of money for a lifetime subscription of these tools - more than I would for xrumer, which everyone knows that ACTUALLY WORKS... unlike the venomseo twins, where GG is the only one claiming that.

I'm calling this a bad business expense, as sbw27 elegantly called it, and I'm moving on.
I hope I get a nice update one day that shows everything working AS IT WAS ADVERTISED. Until then, and IF this day even comes (I doubt it at this point) I'm feeling disappointed (I could even say scammed, because of the no-refund policy, but I won't be so mean).

again I ask, why is everyone else using venomseo with little to know issue's what answers are you looking for about pro...go back and reread what's been going on the last few weeks..I can't keep reposting the same thing and talken about the samething over and over and over again. i posted everything in detail regarding both softwares VenomSeo is in redevelopment to make it more user friendly however currently...one of my main programmers have a personal issue that i knew about before i hired him...just happens his legal issue escalated to the point where he needs to focus on that before finishing up this project. This is business but im not a inconsiderate bastard especially when it comes to someone freedom, family etc. Once his issues are done progress will resume for pro and venomseo.

The last time I gave general time frames that we didn't meet everyone had a fit about it so now, my response is redevelopment is still moving as said before my main guy got a personal issues that he's trying to resolve however...my OCR guy is working on the OCR which should be done soon it was done 1.5 weeks ago however recaptcha changed which forced us to change so back to developing that and getting it out.

Anyway, I'm actually going to pay all your monthly subscribers and also hire a few coders to get them a free, good piece of working software. Just so that they cut the Venom SEO crap. I told you I don't care about money...but I hate people like you doing whatever they want.

As for your refund policy, it only concerns monthly payments so don't play smart here.

Just in case you miss read my policy i'll post it, which has been my policy since DAY 1 here it is

7. Sales policy

All sales are final; however, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

All customers who are caught filing fraud chargebacks will be issued a permanent ban of their account and their license will be deactivated.

Please take note to (all sales are final) meaning any and every sale, and that policy was not put in place to not refund people because believe me I have refunded a few people for different reasons which was not

1. Venomseo doesn't work i want a refund, ( when it clearly works if it didn't do you think i would be paying for the server to keep it on) doesn't make much sense
2. I want a refund because I never used it purchased it 6 months ago
3. I want a refund because it's hard to use.

So to get away from having people asking for refunds for any and every reason. However I did have a customer who was about to be evicted from there place who just brought venomseo lost some money and they sent me a copy of the eviction notice and i did refund them like i said im a business man not a bastard

Do you have a subscription? if so u can cancel it if not then "all sales are final" I mean this isn't really hard to understand. I treat everyone the same besides for those 2 people who had unique issues where I'm a human.

No it's not about money, last thing I'm worried about it's about policy and that policy is set in place for a reason, i have other businesses I run where there's a 100% refund if you don't like or want the service, like i said it's not about money it's about policy

why do you think merchant account processors ask you what your policy is before they approve you to process with them, they want to know exactly what to tell the bank when someone issues a chargeback if your policy is no refunds u have nothen to worry about.

If you feel like you been scammed you create a shitlist thread, but don't be upset because I treat everyone the same, I'm more then a fair guy. If i refunded you for the 3 reasons I gave then guess what I have to refund everyone for those same reason regardless if there lying or not this is one of the reasons there is a policy so you have order over your business no policy no order. I could have 50 million in my personal bank account right now...my policy would still be the same with this type of business.

And if you, as a serious business owner gave your clients a time-frame to provide a working solution as a replacement when your coders left you (what a shame), then you could have made it up to most of us. But no, everything you start out seems to be ending bad. You're the one who got into troubles, aren't you?

And I don't doubt you are making "attempts" to run other businesses with our money. But you know what, sooner or later it's going to end up like every other thing you do. Just because you are a liar and a thief.
