How Many Proxies To Email 1 Million

I'll need to email Roughly 1 million addresses in a month or so. I don't have money to pay anyone for this service right now so I have to use Gmail. If I spread it out over a week and and use all 500 emails that google allows a day then I would need about 300 Gmail accounts. I assume that means 300 proxies too?

Should I expect accounts to be closed and proxies to be blacklisted? One or the other?

Thanks for any input. I want to do this right the first time.

You should rent a VPS.
1.000.000 is extremely high, don't use Gmail accounts for that...

I feel that you don't know what it is to send as many emails.
Rent a SMTP server for that amount would cost $900-1200...

Proxies will be dead before the end of the send.

yes, that is correct. Also, you need to know how property configure your server or as kokoloko75 said, rent smtp server, but if you can't afford it, you will not be able to send this amount of emails...
 
For example, SMTP.com wants $900 for 1.000.000 emails...
The cheapest ways will be to rent a good VPS or a dedicated server for one or two months.

But you'll need some knowledges to setup the VPS with CPanel (paid), DirectAmin (paid), Webmin/Virtualmin (free).
It will be easier with CPanel.

I have an email campaign i want to run as well
If you use a VPS or dedicated server
How many domains and Ips would I need to send about 10k emails a day?

I am assuming you cant send 1M emails with 1 domain and 1 ip?
 
I'm looking into this also. I obviously want the cheapest alternative and I know how to set up webmin, etc... in a VPS. As a matter of fact I'm pretty good at this.

What I have had trouble finding is help on e-mail delivery rate and set-up.

How many proxies to use and that kind of things. If anyone has information or knows of a good resource to learn more, please share.

I'd love to start emailing too, but find it difficult to get info (since the thread was shut down on bhw). However, isn't it possible to just use Mailchimp for this and open a bunch of accounts with them? Also, I'd love to find a way to use all the email addresses in my old hotmail account...is there a way to scrape them?
 
Using a VPS server to send mail is cheap but there is a risk that mails are considered like spam.
A dedicated server, with private IP, will be better (in success rate).

I know this is an older post, but someone will find and use it.

If you need to send 1M emails but have no money, start small. Send to 10k, make some money, buy servers, and then add 100k. Then, scale up.

Chances of you having 1M email addresses - no money - and experience do not add up. Most likely, your servers will be killed before you get the messages out and blasting them at high speeds will only hurt you even more.

How clean is your list. Sounds like it's a realtor list.

You can spend $100 and get several smaller VPS accounts with cPanel and split your list into the amount of servers you have and mail different messages from each one. Make sure you use different email addresses and URL's.

If you have 1M email addresses and a good product, you owe it to yourself to do this the right way. You'll be glad you did. A few folks on here have dropped hints as to who to use. Many will be hesitant to use you because of the list size and not knowing how clean it is.

Just don't spend too much money on a VPS setup, even if you have the knowledge and get everything setup perfect, SPF records, DKIM, etc. on un-blacklisted IP's, 90% of every email you send will go to the spam folder until your IP gains enough reputation and the big providers trust it.

Even if your 1 million emails are all double opt-in, sending 1 million in a short time on new IP's is a sure way to get them blacklisted as well.

Like others have said, start slow if you can and let your IP's build some good reputation.

He's right. Now a days, its not as easy to inbox bulk sending emails.

Even Aweber hits spambox when sending in bulk, and thats as safe as you can get.

Regardless of what you do op, if your sending out 1 million at a time, your gonna hit spam box. Can't avoid that. Sorry bro. ISP's are not as friendly as they once were.

Your gonna have to build rep. with your ip list and start sending out SLOWLY. once you have your rep in place (takes months, not days, btw), then and only then will you be able to bulk send and bulk inbox over 500k in one day.

Thats the truth. Man, you thought this would be easier, huh? :p

sniff sniff i smell a gatekeeper please stop huggin the gate and keeping people out i can send a million emails without a problem you people either don't know how it is done or you are just trying to keep the guy away by discouraging him how sad remember there is always a loophole for every thing in life every problem has a solution and every solution has a problem remember this guys that's how you weed out bullshitters so next time when someone tells you can't do something just simply put on your bullshitt radar the solution might be hidden but it does exist and it's simpler than you think peace :cool:
