So i made my first real money today, by setting up a quick movie website.

Total expenses - 1.99 for a domain. I used free hosting for this from x10.

This is a simple method thats been shared numerous times, but people forget about.

Pick a popular movie that is just released in theatres, for this example i used Rin Tin Tin.

Buy a domain, or use a wordpress or blogger page, create 1 nice landing page, thats all you really need. I made a quick disclaimer page to cover myself since im on us hosting.

Find the movie being streamed ( just google Movie + streaming )

Find a site that streams it, and get the embed code.

Do a quick review on the movie, couple hundred words, embed the movie, place a content locker.

I used ******* and put surveys/ $0.25 paypal button.

Advertise, the normal do SEO, although not as important in this method.
My main sources came from facebook fan page, and from the movie streaming sites.


Collect money, rinse and repeat.


For a $2 investment i've already made $32 in 1 day.

Yeah but I'm indirectly making money off it, to me, where there is money there is law suits. But I dont know never done anything like this. But glad you got it working, $30 a day should be $100 day soon for you, good stuff!

Embedding is same as linking when viewing from the legal perspective. DMCA notices incoming if you start raisin enough flags.

As for the OP, think about your options in bulletproof hosting

Most of this traffic is coming from movie streaming sites.... google them, comments + facebook comments.

I've talked to numerous people who run rather big movie sites that use the content lockers, they have had DMCA filed, and it gets ignored. *shrug* if it gets big enough of an issue i will just go offsite hosting, i keep constant backups of my site, so will only be down a few hours, i have some money saved for this just incase

If you already getting a laywer then you know your doing something illegal, I am doing stuff like that already for 5 years, im not a big player but never heard something, and here linking is not illegal so f*** usa . What might even be better is not embeding but make it look liks its embed and then redirect to megavideo itself... much safer.

by the way don't use paypal op... thats not safe. stick with surveys and don't use c - p - a - le -ad
