[METHOD] Get Backlinks from Great Sites

Is there anyway you can scrape track backs aimed at your niche, I tried

"Sites That Link to this Post" + inurl: keyword
and
"Sites That Link to this Post" + intitle: keyword

but it didn't work any way to do this?

Hello everyone,

Today I will share with you a brilliant method - It'll bring you backlinks and it can definitely bring you some traffic .

Here is how you do it :

1) Google this:

"Sites That Link to this Post"

(You can use ScrapeBox or other tools to scrape a big list)


2) Create a web2.0 page, put some content then link to all these pages. (Put no-f0ll0w links or else u'll loose the link juice)


3) Link to your money site from each of the web2.0 pages that you created. (do-f0ll0w link)


4) All these websites will back link to your web2.0 pages.

So I'm still a noob when comes to SEO.

How do you suggest linking to all these pages when you say?
"Create a web2.0 page, put some content then link to all these pages. (Put no-f0ll0w links or else u'll loose the link juice)" Are you saying to simply include a no-follow link in each post/page of the 2.0 site ?

How will i get the opportunity to link to these sites in the first place? Contacting them? Or simply copying and pasting the URLs I found in my search results from Google into my Wordpress/Blogger posts?

Sorry for the basic questions, but I want to be clear on this.

Making some links no-follow doesn't preserve the link juice for the do-follow links. Google changed this awhile ago. The link juice is equal to the page's PR divided by the total links on the page, whether they are followed are not. No-follow links basically are wasted PR, they don't make the other links stronger.
