Thanks for the feedback! What was causing our server issues turns out to be a DoS attack from hundreds of anonymous proxy IPs (after migrating to a new server, the attack followed us there and took the new server down). The site should be up and running again on a third server (http://64.64.3.76), but we're continuing to watch the situation carefully. Sorry for the trouble, we'll try to keep you posted.

(Please see the update just posted above-- the memory exhaustion was caused by the DoS attack earlier. It is no longer happening on the new server for now, though it may take some time for you to switch over to the new server if you have the old server's DNS entry cached.)
