people only sell stuff like this when its no longer useful to them. Right now, were making serious money with these apps, so nobody in their right mind will just had you a golden egg.
If you want in on the action, your gonna have to either build your own. Or dig deep into your pockets, find a developer and show him the app, tell hm you want it cloned and working.

first put ur crazy idea into paper. Remember don't worry about implementation yet. put your idea onto the paper.
Next step is if you got money then outsource your app idea onto some reliable freelance app developer.
If you don't have money then buy/download ebook from internet about developing facebook app from scratch. there are plenty of them. Everything is possible
Also use facebook developer site for more tools which will take your idea to the next level.
