first pick a good offer from your cpa network that pays 20-30$ per lead then go to fiverr and look for people will do a sign up for you like i will do 10 signups to your offers for 5$ .. order that gig and tel the owner to make your signups throw your landing page ( the page the set for the offer ) and to avoid any suspecious from your network. you get to keep your conversion low ...for this reason you can by some cheap traffic and make a youtube video and send the viewer to your offers ....
keep your conversion between 1% to 7%
if we count what we get : 30$ x 10 = 300$ / but dont do it more than 2 times per ponth before you will get you get kicked out so be careful nad you better shorten your url before give it to you the fiverr guy!!

that's why you don't have to abuse it ! once a month will be good for you , then choose another gig or go to craig list and hire some people with 1$ for sign up you can also find another people to signup to your offer on microjob websites (MW) , the potential is undless

this is foolish to be honest. it will get you nowhere in the long run. the network or advertiser will eventually figure your method out and then you will be banned quickly. take the hard way out and get real traffic, it will be much more rewarding, sustainable, and legitimate

No offense, but this won't work, in most cases fiverr gigs are for email, zip submits, simple surveys which aren't 20-30$ worth but 1-2$. Yes, you could earn some cash this way, but not in the long run.
