I'd say quality. I never bought links from fiverr, but I've read reviews on gigs where people claimed a lot of links were missing anchor text, A FAIR AMOUNT of missing backlinks in the reports, and even P0RN links mixed in with their white hat sites. That's why I chose to stay away, but I'll see for myself pretty soon.

i noticed the same... but sometimes i bought 10 gigs with good rating and did not seen any movement in ranking.
but it is really confusing that some guys selling 5k profile links for 5$ while others selling same amount of backlinks 5 times the price.
i also think that there is not a huge difference of quality... however.

I have paid in past lots of edu and gov links on forums but i now usually head simply to fiverr .
DONT FALL FOR QUALITY GIMIK SHIT IDEAS :: THEY ALL USE ABOUT THE SAME LISTS SAME TOOLS .
I have found 2 sellers cant name but they sell on forums as pro for $30 to $60 and on for $5 on fiver
I have stopped spending on forums until i see something nice .
Always break down a big service let say asking for $60 or $100 into what they are offering and see if you pass it to fivver , you might be able to get same or even better in 2 3 or 5 gigs .
Sometime you need to see feedback like article writting or etc and then yes you can buy from a Pro .
Rember : What you pay is what you get idea are just their selling pitch .

The one thing many seem to miss is the fact that you may have to go through a shitton of gigs on Fiverr, before you find a good one. The reputable seller on a forum may have already done that and now is (re)selling you a quality gig right away, thus actually SAVING you money, not to mention time and grief over shitty providers...

Moving your site isn't the gig providers job.You have to know what you need to move your site up...search for that in fiverr and order.

Probably not much,if you use fiverr ask first to guarantee there will be no pron links.

Pretty hard to guarantee something like this. I for one wouldn't guarantee it.
Look, it ain't so easy to remove every adult url from a 100k aa list. Sure you can scan the list for obvious porn keywords and remove them, that will filter out a good chunk. But you can't scan for each and every porn keyword that exists. That would take ages. Not to mention that you need to know each porn keyword that exists to be able to search for it.
There are also often some url's in foreign languages included in aa lists, where a scan for english keywords does not help at all.
I for one will do my best to remove what I can, but if someone really expects me to go through 100k url's manually and look if there's porn or not, than I have to say sorry please look for another supplier. Or pay me way more than $5, than I might be willing to do that.
