I've done ca. $960 in two weeks by sending co-registration leads to a cloned landing page from the vendor's offer page. After having paid my cut for the co-reg leads I had ca. net $ 500.
unfortunately the co-reg broker I was working with went ... - yes, you guess it - broke!

Choose a niche and product, do keyword research, buy a domain, get hosting, build a website on your domain with articles about your niche, add links to the Clickbank product (mask the links) you want to promote, get traffic to your site via SEO (buy links from services section) or Adwords or both or try Google Alerts method (posted by another member) and when you start making some money, reinvest in more links, more articles and more sites.....rinse and repeat = $$

You can publush your link on blog and MSS sites and facebook fan page etc...
I m sure that you will get $$$$ if your site will rank in google.com in top5
