In genetics and epigenetics, bookmarking is a biological phenomenon believed to function as an epigenetic mechanism for transmitting cellular memory of the pattern of gene expression in a cell, throughout mitosis, to its daughter cells. This is vital for maintaining the phenotype in a lineage of cells so that, for example, liver cells divide into liver cells and not some other cell type.

It is characterized by non-compaction of some gene promoters during mitosis. In terms of mechanism, it is believed that:

* at some point prior to the onset of mitosis, the promoters of genes that exist in a transcription-competent state become "marked" in some way,
* this "mark" persists both during and after mitosis, and
* the marking transmits gene expression memory by preventing the mitotic compaction of DNA at this locus, or by facilitating reassembly of transcription complexes on the promoter, or both.

In some cases, bookmarking is mediated by binding of specific factors to the promoter prior to onset of mitosis, but in other cases could be mediated by patterns of histone modification or presence of histone variants that are characteristic of active genes, and which are believed to persist throughout mitosis.

In the case of specific genes, for example, the stress-inducible hsp70 gene, bookmarking may also function as a mechanism for ensuring that the gene can be transcribed early in G1 phase if a stress were to occur at that time. If this gene promoter were compacted it would take time to de-compact in G1, during which time the cell would be unable to transcribe this cytoprotective gene, leaving it vulnerable to stress-induced cell death. In this case, bookmarking appears to be important for cell survival.

i dont think u ll start to earn money with cracked bmd. its not a way to earn for beginners. the way is for begginers, doing some shit busies to get some money to get a good licensed great software.

This is not true, of course anyone would rather buy the license so he/she can use that software without any problems, receive updates and so on, so when I will have money I will buy it, until them, what I had to invest in this business were domains, hosting, and a few softwares I though deserve to be bought before BD, like AMR, thebestspinner, scrapebox and a few tutorials and now i just don't have money to spend on BD, it cannot be bought through ClickBank anymore (at least isn't to be found in Marketplace area) and it costs a lot more than other more useful products. So until I will have enough money for it, i am looking for a cracked version, simple as that. I will not alwats walk in false because walking in false means using softwares that do not work well and who want that?

Sorry not trying to be mean but BMD hasn't been cracked for years? Usually that means it won't be.

I have definitely used cracks myself to get started especially MS Office, Adobe Master Collection and so on.

What I've found though is that IM tools don't usually work well when they're cracked. Since they are being used to hopefully make $$$, you want these things to be fully functional.

Personally, I always buy my IM tools outright. One of the best investments you'll make. You can always start out doing things manually, then reinvest into owning tools as you see income which shouldn't take more than a few months if you study and work hard.

Once you see some income, consider investing in an all in one type submitter with a monthly tag like Magic Submitter, Ultimate Demon or Sick Submitter. Any of those used skillfully will get you to abundant income streams if you back them up with education and experience...

dude, this will not work , this was posted way back in 2008 and its 2012 and if you read the post above u , you will notice that this tool is impossible to crack
