AMS can be used to blast emails and you will need shared smtp or dedicated emailing server for this

inboxing depends on many factors like how much bouncing your list have... bouncing will activate spam filters ... i mean they will know you are mailing to dead email addresses so you know u r alredy spaming

and other is changing ips
