Create your own website and sell them on there, make a facebook fan page and promote your video that you sell cheap domains on youtube. Then you have your own online business selling domains .

the 1&1 method is fraud nothing else lol. You use a fake name fake bank account and sooner or later they will ban u anyways so not a safe way to get domains considering you will leave traces by the content on your site...
