How do you distribute the 12 LPs across the 10 pages? I guess each page gets 1 LP, and the rest goes to the homepage, but I'm curious if you have some other kind of strategy?

Do you start doing the LPs right after the site is finished/indexed, or do you wait with them a bit?

And finally do you do the 12 LPs simultaneously or one after the other?

One LP per page and the other 2 are yours to do with as you wish.

LP does start right away but these sites also get indexed pretty well. I just recently did a test of a site that was not indexed and threw 200 linkpushes at 200 different pages and no harm no foul on that.

We let them stagger as that looks more natural.

Yes you are correct. We let them complete normally. If you want them to go off sooner then just contact BTB and he can handle that.

Is how we do all the preliminary stuff.

Adsense and other things do not come into consideration with this service because of it's uber low cost.

You know, I try to get the highest one on the list and work down. Sometimes we get 2 keywords into the domain. As far as the CPC, I don't even look at that. You may have a site with a low cpc but if you monetized with a CPA offer you made more $$$.
