Is it possible to rank site using Xrumer {OR|AND} Scrapebox ONLY after panda?

Okay, so I've recently bought xrumer. I was putting a lot of hopes in this tool as I used to build profiles by hand (paul+angela) and I've hit some hard keywords with a nice damage (I was 1st for the keyword which alone used to bring me ~400 visits a day, also, search page is full of ads). Before I've bought XR I've got google slapped. Now, when I have SB + Xrumer I do profiles and blog comments but it seems I can't get it to work! My profiles are spun as unique as possible and have as much content as I could put in them (+ the content is related to a niche), despite that I'm still getting middle finger from google, slap still has me.

I haven't tried posting with AMR (I didn't buy this tool, I'd have to use cracked version since I was putting a lot of hopes in XR and spent nearly all of what I've earned so far into this) and I REALLY REALLY hate writing articles and spinning them. It kills hours of time, is it really worth it? Can I still rank my site using SB + XR? Before I start doing article marketing I would love to know that!

Short answer is yes, but you will need to do more than just profiles with XR.

Interesting story, we ranked a site with XR exclusively about 8 months ago and it has been slipping over the past 2-3 months in earnings, traffic and ranking. We threw 1 EDU link at it and it hit the top again.

My advice is that XR+SB are nice, but won't get you long term earnings.

You can definitely rank a site with just Xrumer and Scrapebox. You'll have to know how to use the pieces of software well though. You can't just install them on a server, set up a blast, and hope to rank. Play it smart and do some research before you ever run a blast.

Or you can do some blasts on some of your sites that you don't care about so you can test out some methods.

My site is currently at #9 in a competitve field. I used XR & SB. The only other thing I did is good on page SEO and bought some EDU links from Fiverr.

I Have ranked a Site #3 for 3 months purely with SB Blasts hired from a service here.
Reason - Site has 20+ Unique articles, Hope you know what is the key to rank.

Panda has nothing to do with links. If your page triggers an alert that it's "low quality", then you will get slapped no matter how many links you throw at it!

I did SEO for a site almost 2 years ago. Nothing but XRumer blasts and a couple of paid links, which are since gone.

The site also had very good onsite SEO and loads of unique content, all of which is since gone.

The site is now just product listings and service agreements, new products are added regularly. Same old back links.

Still #2-3 for about 5 fairly competitive terms and #10 for a competitive term (it is an animal.)

Now, I have never used XRumer with free lists that I find anywhere. Every list of links that I've blasted, I harvested and checked for quality before I built them.. That way my lists have high success rates, high PR and always checked against blacklists.
I've also only used ScrapeBox for harvesting, never for comments. You may say that I am "missing out on features," I will say that I know exactly how that feature works and we will see where our respective campaigns are in another 2 years. Same goes for XRumer with forum spam..

Here is exactly what I did.. About 100 links/day for the first couple months, then once the Google dance was over, I aimed for about 1,000 links/day.

1. Harvest forums with ScrapeBox
2. Run harvest list through XRumer with fake URL.
3. Check for existence of fake link.
4. PR check domains with existing link.
5. Run PR threshold (PR3+ for me) list through XRumer with real URL.
(Spin everything, user, hobbies, keywords, anchor text, URL, eeeeverything. Deep.)
6. Index using ScrapeBox's rapid indexer... I ran every single XRumer link through every single indexing service, creating hundreds of links to each profile.
(Collected thousands of indexing services and compiled my own list.. Kept only services that provided an actual link, did not crap out with tons of entries and were not unbearably slow.)

The nearest thing I did to SEO aside from that was building some social profiles. FB, Twitter, YouTube. I'd just update each one of them with a short "just added this product {link}" blurb. Product videos were hosted by YouTube on the site and back link to product page placed in YouTube description. (Which used to provide a ******** link from the recent section of your channel page. No longer.)

So I can tell you with absolute certainty that yes, if you use XRumer correctly.. Not only can you rank a site, but you can rank it for the long haul and even leave the campaign to wither away still ranking until somebody finally comes along who can compete with you. Even post-Panda, the only thing that has changed is content quality must increase as high as you can stand and your link indexing methods, but that's always been an area requiring a certain level of creativity.

Yes it has. A ton. I've used to build Paul's/Angela's backlinks manually and indexed them with backlink energizer. I've used to have like ~80%+ indexation rate and now I checked the same links that were built nearly a year ago - barely any of them indexed. I guess that is because when you manually build profiles you can only leave the link with an anchor text, you can't waste time with all other fields. Now these nearly same profiles are filtered out to an absurd extent.

I doubt those folks were doing more than feeding XRumer whatever "FREE 500K XRUMER LIST" download they came across first that day. Plus whatever some other XRumer owner was willing to do twice for $4.99.

I still use XRumer, but differently than I used to. I build less profiles, on higher PR sites and work more on building those profiles' footprint on the forums. Running around dropping links where I can with profile visits, thanks, etc. That's been working out very well, nearly all of my links are indexed and I'm even hoping for PR to them. (fingers crossed.)

Blasting free link lists always has and still is a horrible way to use such an expensive tool. Like buying a car based on whether or not it will get back and forth to your mailbox and nothing else. It'll make it there, but you're not using any of the accessories you paid 99% of the price for. You could have spent 1% of the price and gotten something to do the same cheap job they're doing. (Literally, go to Fiverr.)

It's bad for the long run of your campaign and post-Panda, it's even bad for the short-term. Using it CORRECTLY, was, is and as far as I can see, there's no 2 ways around it continuing to be effective for the short and long run.
