Hotmail Account Verifier Wanted

Question for you. I am using the hotmail accounts for emailing- ​

I have no system to know when and individual hotmail account gets shut down. Is there some sort of scrubber I could run the emails through after each mailing to know if they are dead or alive? Cost?​
