1) Why not ping the list of Web 2.0 directly on top of the tier 1 social bookmark list?
Because I ping RSS feeds that contain all these links. You can ping them
directly and it is not that important but takes an extra time.
2) You ping the tier 1 social bookmark but not tier 2 bookmarks. Why? Because they are lower quality links?
Because there are too many of them. You can ping every single links on
each and every ping server (there are more than a hundred of those).
The thing is it will take you hours and hours. For example 20000 Scrapebox
links on 100 servers means 2 million pings. If you're running 20 threads and
it takes only one second to ping, it is still 27 hours of pinging. So, I ping
only important links.
3) "20. Collect all Web 2.0 URLs and article URLs and blast them with Xrumer to 5000 forums" -- I have a total of < 300 URLs for Web 2.0 + article URLs. I assume you spread the URLs among the 5000 forums so on average each URL gets about 20 forum profile links. Is this correct?
Yes, this is correct.
Question to all - Do you do Xrumer blast yourself for step 20? Because fiverr gigs only allow 1 or 2 URLs per blast but we have to blast 200-300 URLs. I don't have Xrumer and it will probably takes me weeks (if not months) to learn how to use it. Heard it's a beast and eats tons of captcha since we do big blast.

It takes less than an hour to figure out how to do it. It is so easy, you
won't believe it. On a bad server XRumer creates profiles at 100-150 links
per minute. On a good server 300-400 links per minute.
Fiverr providers who allow only one or two links are lamers who wouldn't
spend a few minutes to learn how to load URL list from file to do the blast.
It is as simple as putting URLs into one file, anchor texts in another,
and pressing a couple of buttons to run the project.
5K blast with XRumer takes less than an hour to run (thirty minutes on a
dedicated server).
