Its really bad to get refund. I think OP rejected my niche personally. He must put the niche he cant able to accept. As a service provider in BHW you must not do like this. I paid 6 days ago. I got doubt and later I posted my transaction ID. Later he replied he refunded all. Very bad experience in BHW first time. Hope Admin will contact white dolphin regarding this issue. Thanks to BHW for saving my $600USD.

I'm sorry it took a few extra days to get your refund, but all 3 orders are in a niche we can't do and thus were refunded (as it states in the first post).

Just as the OP points out, I'm also ranking (not page one for these - they weren't targeted) for six additional keywords which I picked from the top of my head. No doubt there are many others too.

I used a 301.

Quick (dumb?) question to the OP - does the 301 domain need to have content on it? Also, is it OK to register a new domain and then 301 it as soon as it's 'live'?

One more question - If I have two domains on the same hosting, is it OK to 301 one of them to the other for the purposes of a SGW blast?

No content needed (it cant be a 301 and have content - its impossible). It's better to used a aged domain when 301ing - increases the success rate.

Yes, you can also just 301 direct from the registrar and you don't have to deal with hosting.

12-29-11 Update We had a real setback today (day 8). Several keywords (including top 3 keywords) increased rank. Some increased to worse than before we began SGW. Hopefully, only G's dance, but we'll have to wait and see. Maybe Day 7 was a fluke?

12-28-11 Update: Lots of change today, some movements by 10 points in rank, some 2nd page ranks, KW1 now page 4.

Still not clear on one of my questions though - I have an aged domain which I want to 301 to another domain, both domains have websites and are registered with and hosted by the one company and are on the same hosting account. Is it OK to use your service in these circumstances?

Since yesterday all my rankings have returned. They are a little bit lower then before but i'm convinced that they will improve.

The rankings where gone for 14 days but since yesterday the have returned and my traffic is rising and rising.
